Who is this for?
Anyone moving into a new space (or considering a move into a new space), but especially small business owners and non-profits with a DIY streak. You’re a self-starter who does a lot of the hard work yourself, but you want a thorough understanding of what you’re getting into. As a professional, my job is to help you think through the project from start to finish and avoid expensive or time-consuming surprises in permitting or construction.
What do I get?
We’ll go over permitting, space planning & layout, material selection, and anything else specific to getting your business open for business. Think of it like a diagnostic exam. You may have a pretty good handle on some of what needs to be done, but together we'll go over your space head to toe and make sure you’re covering all the bases.
